Baked Gnocchi Broccoli Cheese

Ingredients:
Baked Gnocchi broccoli Cheese:
1 lb. gnocchi
10 oz frozen broccoli
4 Tbsp butter, divided
1 Tbsp flour
1 1/2 cups whole milk
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
3/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup cream cheese
1 tsp whole grain mustard
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp red pepper flake
1 cup dried breadcrumbs
Directions:
Preheat oven 350F/180C. Butter grease a 11 X 7-inch baking dish.
In a large pot of boiling water add gnocchi and cook for 5 minutes, the last 3 minutes add broccoli. Drain and chop broccoli.
Melt 2 Tbsp butter in a skillet over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute. Slowly whisk in milk. Whisk until smooth and slightly thick, 4-5 minutes. Lower heat. Add mozzarella, cream cheese, mustard, 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning, pepper, and red pepper flake. Stir, until melted and smooth. Stir in cooked gnocchi and chopped broccoli. Transfer to the prepared baking dish.
In a bowl mix breadcrumbs and the remaining 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning along with 2 Tbsp melted butter together. Scatter breadcrumb mixture on top of the gnocchi. Bake, 30-35 minutes, until golden brown and bubbling.
