Homemade Pita Chips
Serves: Four | Prep: 5 min | Cook: 5 min
Ingredients:
Pickled Onions:
2 large pita breads
1-2 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
Other seasonings that can be used: chili powder, paprika, oregano
Directions:
Preheat oven 450F/230C.
Pull pita bread apart into 2 sides, cut into triangles (4 cuts). Place on a baking tray that is not lined. Brush both sides with olive oil. Season both sides. Bake, 5-7 minutes, until golden and crisp.
