Frozen Prosecco Grapes

Ingredients:
Prosecco Grapes:
4 cups green grapes
1/2 bottle prosecco
1 cup sugar
Directions:
In a large bowl add grapes and Prosecco. Let soak for at least eight hours, overnight is best.
Line a baking tray with baking paper. Drain grapes, discard prosecco and dry grapes slightly. Add sugar to a flat plate and roll grapes into the sugar, adding more sugar as needed. Place the sugared grapes on to the prepared tray and freeze until firm.
Grapes can be stored in airtight container in the freezer for one month.
