Maple Bacon Wrapped Chicken Breasts

Ingredients:
Maple Bacon Wrapped Chicken Breasts:
4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
12 bacon slices
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp light brown sugar
2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Directions:
Preheat oven 400F/200C.
In a small bowl mix paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper together.
Place chicken breasts into a baking dish. Rub all sides of chicken with the spice mixture. Wrap each chicken breast with three strips of bacon, placing the seam side down in the baking dish.
Whisk maple syrup, dijon mustard, and brown sugar together. Brush 1/3 of the maple syrup sauce mixture over each wrapped chicken breast. Place in oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, brushing more sauce over the chicken twice while baking. Once cooked through, internal temperature 165F/74C spoon top with juices and garnish with parsley before serving.
