Marinated Mozzarella

Ingredients:

Marinated Mozzarella:
1/2 lb mozzarella bocconcini, drained
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tsp fresh thyme, minced
2 tsp fresh parsley, minced
1 tsp fresh rosemary, minced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red pepper flake

Directions:
In an air tight container add all ingredients, mix well making sure to fully coat mozzarella. Marinate for at least 1 hour before serving. Store in the refrigerator, for up to 5 days.
