Mustard Vinaigrette

Serves: Makes 1/2 Cup | Prep: 10 min | Cook: 0 min

Ingredients:

Mustard Vinaigrette:
1-2 tsp dijon on whole grain mustard
1 small shallot, finely minced
1 garlic clove, grated
1 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

Directions:
In a jar add dijon, shallot, garlic, lemon juice, honey, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Secure lid and shake to combine.
Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
