No Yeast Rosemary Garlic Focaccia

Ingredients:
No Yeast Rosemary Garlic Focaccia:
1/3 cup olive oil, plus more
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup fresh rosemary, minced
4 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 cups water
1 Tbsp coarse salt
Directions:
Preheat oven 425F/218C. Line a baking tray with baking paper, making sure it hangs over the edges of the baking sheet. Brush with olive oil.
In a saucepan add 1/3 cup of olive oil, garlic and rosemary. While stirring turn heat to high and bring to a rapid boil, careful not to burn the garlic. Once boiling take off the heat and set aside to cool.
In a large bowl combine flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in water and the rosemary oil. Stir until completely combined. Turn the dough out onto the prepared baking sheet and pat into a ½ inch thick rectangle. Using your fingertips poke indentations all over the top of the dough. Brush dough with more olive oil and sprinkle with coarse salt. Bake, 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
