Reuben Sandwich with Russian Salad Dressing

Serves: Four | Prep: 10 min | Cook: 6 min

Ingredients:

Reuben Sandwich:
8 slices rye bread
3-4 Tbsp butter, room temperature
8 slices swiss/emmental cheese
8 slices corned beef
1/2 cup sauerkraut

Russian Salad Dressing:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup ketchup
1 Tbsp horseradish
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
In a bowl whisk all dressing ingredients together.

Butter one side of each slice of bread, on the non-butter side, spread the dressing. Top the dressing side with cheese, corned beef and sauerkraut. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place the buttered side into the skillet. Cook, 3 minutes, flip and cook the other side for another 3 minutes, until toasted and cheese melts.

Serve with extra dressing.
