Sheet Pan Sausage, Peppers and Onions

Serves: Four | Prep: 10 min | Cook: 25 min

Ingredients:

Sheet Pan Sausage, Peppers, and Onions:
1 lb sausage links
1 bell pepper, seeded and sliced
1-2 red onions, sliced
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
fresh basil, torn

Directions:
Preheat oven 400F/200C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place peppers and onions on the prepared tray. Drizzle with olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Stir to coat. Add sausage links. Bake, 25-30 minutes, until sausages are cooked through. Top with torn basil and serve on a roll with fresh spinach and your favorite condiments.
