Sour Cream Mashed Potatoes

Serves: Six | Prep: 15 min | Cook: 20 min

Ingredients:

Sour Crream Mashed Potatoes:
2.5 lbs potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 tsp salt
6 Tbsp butter
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup sour cream
1 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Directions:
Add potatoes to a large pot. Add enough cold water to cover potatoes by 1-inch. Add salt. Bring to the boil, cook 20 minutes, until fork tender.

Drain potatoes, place back into the pot. Cover and let sit for five minutes. Meanwhile, heat butter, milk, worcestershire sauce, onion powder, and garlic powder in a saucepan over medium low heat. Once warm pour over potatoes. Add sour cream and mash, until smooth. Season to taste, top with fresh parsley and enjoy.
