Tzatziki

Ingredients:
Tzatziki:
1 cup cucumber, shredded
1 cup full fat greek yogurt
1 lemon, juiced
1 garlic clove, pressed
1 Tbsp fresh dill, miced
1 Tbsp fresh mint, minced
1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
Place shredded cucumber onto a clean towel. Gently squeeze over a bowl to remove any excess water.
In a clean bowl add squeezed cucumber, yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, dill, mint and salt. Stir to combine.
