Directions:

Homemade Beef Burger:
In a large bowl add beef, onion powder, garlic powder, worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined, trying not to handle the meat too much, as this will cause the burger to become tough.

With clean hands roll mixture into four equal size patties, flatten each patties and put a thumb indention into the center, this will help the burgers not to fall apart. Place the burgers onto a platter, cover with clingfilm and place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before grilling.

Preheat the barbeque high heat.

Drizzle oil on top of each burger, place that side of the burger onto the grill. Cook, 5 minutes on each side for well done, making sure not to press the burgers.

The last 30 seconds of cooking, place cheese on top and place your buns on the grill. Take the burgers off the grill and let rest for 1-2 minutes before dressing with your favorite toppings.

**Burgers can be frozen, just defrost before grilling.

Irish Mule:
In a mule copper mug filled with ice add Jamison, ginger beer, and lime juice. Garnish and enjoy.
