Raspberry Rum Cocktail

Ingredients:

Raspberry Rum Cocktail:
Serves One:
4-6 fresh raspberries
2 oz white rum
1 oz cranberry juice
1/2 oz raspberry liqueur
3 oz sparkling pink lemonade, chilled

Pitcher: (Serves 8)
1 pint fresh raspberries
2 cups white rum
1 cup cranberry juice
1/2 cup raspberry liqueur
1 0.75L bottle sparkling pink lemonade, chilled

Garnish:
Fresh raspberries
Fresh rose bud

Directions:
To make one serving: In a shaker add raspberries and muddle.

Fill the shaker with ice. Add rum, raspberry liqueur and cranberry juice, shake vigorously.

Strain into a glass, top with pink lemonade and garnish.

To make a pitcher. Add raspberries into a pitcher and bruise them, using the back of a spoon. Add rum, cranberry juice, and raspberry liqueur. Stir.

Fill the shaker with ice. Add mixer and shake vigorously.

Strain into a glass, top each glass with 3 oz pink lemonade and garnish.
