Yellow Daffodil Cocktail

Ingredients:

Yellow Daffodil:
1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks
1 orange, sliced
1 lime, sliced
2 cups pineapple juice
1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1/2 cup coconut rum
1 bottle prosecco, chilled

Garnish:
Pineapple wedge
Pineapple leaf (top)

Directions:
In a pitcher add pineapple, orange, and lime slices. Add pineapple juice, orange juice, and rum to the pitcher. Stir well. Let sit in the refrigerator for at least one hour. Top with chilled prosecco, serve into glasses and garnish.
