Making Dried Orange Slices

Ingredients:
Oranges

Directions:
Wash and dry oranges and cut evenly into 1/4-inch thick slices. Place slices onto a tray lined with a double layer of paper towels. Let sit for 24 hours.

Preheat oven 200F/90C. Line a baking tray or trays, depending on how many orange slices with baking paper, leaving a 1-inch space between them. Bake, 3-5 hours, turning eery 30 minutes. Be wary that some of the smaller ones might dry faster.

Before storing in an airtight container make sure fruit is completely dry. Stores for at least one year or hang for decorations.
