Dried Breadcrumbs

Dried Breadcrumbs:
Ingredients:
4 cups, 12 slices stale white bread, cubed
Directions:
Preheat oven 250F/125C.
Place bread into a food processor, process until fine crumbs. Lay out flat on to a baking tray. Bake, 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden. Let cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
**Dried breadcrumbs can be store in an airtight container at room temperature for one week, in the refrigerator for one month or in the freezer for six months.
Can be made in bulk and used as needed.
