Crumbled Ham

Serves: Eight | Prep: 10 min | Cook: 45 min

Ingredients:

Crumbled Ham:
4lbs center cut, unsmoked/smoked ham, boiled
2 Tbsp dijon mustard
1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
1/2 cup light brown sugar
2 tsp dried parsley
2 Tsp apple cider vinegar

Directions:
Preheat oven 325F/ 160C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Take ham from the water. With a sharp knife, remove excess fat. Place ham onto the prepared tray.

In a bowl mix breadcrumbs, sugar and dried parsley together.

Spread mustard evenly on to the top of the ham. Spoon and press the breadcrumb mixture on the top of the mustard. Slowly pour over the apple cider vinegar. Bake, 25-30 minutes. Let rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
