Green Bean Casserole

Green Bean Casserole:

Ingredients:
2 Tbsp butter
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
1 onion, chopped
1/4 tsp pepper
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp soy sauce
4 cups blanced, thawed or canned green beans, drained
1-2 cups fried onions

Directions:
Preheat oven 400F/200C.

Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms, onions, and pepper. Cook, 10-12 minutes, stirring frequently, until tender.

In a bowl mix soup and soy sauce together. Add onion and mushroom mixture along with green beans. Stir to combine. Transfer to a casserole dish. Bake, 20 minutes, until bubbly. Top with fried onions and bake for another 5 minutes, until golden.
