Ground Chicken Burgers

Serves: Four | Prep: 10 min | Cook: 10 min

Ingredients:

Chicken Burger:
1 lb ground chicken
1/4 cup zucchini, shredded
1 Tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 egg, beaten
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp hot sauce
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tsp olive oil
4 brioche rolls
4 gouda cheese, sliced
tomatoes, sliced
red onion, sliced
avocado, sliced

Directions:
In a bowl add chicken, zucchini, parsley, egg, worcestershire, hot sauce, oregano, salt, and pepper. With clean hands mix well and roll mixture into four equal sized burgers, place a thumb indentation into the center of each burger, this will help the burgers to not fall apart. Place burgers onto a platter, cover and place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat griddle high heat.

Drizzle oil on both sides of each burger, place burgers onto the griddle. Cook, 5 minutes on each side, making sure not to press the burgers. Place cheese on burgers for the last minute of cooking.

Can be served on buns or lettuce wraps. Top with tomato, red onions, avocado and Fry Sauce.
