Oven Sweet Potato Fries with Honey Mustard Dip

Serves: Four | Prep: 10 min | Cook: 20 min

Ingredients:

Oven Sweet Potato Fries:
2 lbs sweet potatoes, cut 1/4-inch thick matchsticks
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Honey Mustard Dip:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp honey
1 tsp dijon mustard
3 tsp yellow mustard
2 tsp barbecue sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika

Directions:
Preheat oven 450F/230C. Place a baking tray into the oven while preheating. (May need two trays)

Place potatoes onto the preheated tray. Drizzle with oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Toss to coat. Spread out into an even layer, no overlapping. Bake, 20-30 minutes, turning halfway through cooking. Let sit 5 minutes before serving.

Make the honey mustard dip. In a bowl add mayonnaise, honey, mustards, barbecue sauce, garlic powder, and paprika together.
