Pan Fried Bananas

Serves: Two | Prep: 5 min | Cook: 10 min

Ingredients:

Pan Fried Bananas:
2 medium bananas
1 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp light brown sugar

Directions:
Peel and cut bananas, diagonally.

Heat butter and brown sugar in a skillet over medium heat, until the butter melts and the sugar dissolves. Add banana, cook 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown. Serve over yogurt and add your favorite seeds.
