Waffles

Ingredients:
Waffles:
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp baking powder
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 3/4 cups whole milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
Preheat waffle iron.
In a bowl combine flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
In another bowl whisk together eggs, milk, oil and vanilla.
Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, all at once. Whisk just until combined, mixture will be slightly lumpy.
Grease the waffle maker. Pour ¾ cups of the batter onto each griddle and close the lid. Cook according to the manufacturer’s directions, about 5-10 minutes. When done remove and continue with the remaining batter. Delicious served with maple syrup, fresh berries and maple bacon. Waffles can be made and reheated in the toaster.
