Serves: Four | Prep: 20 min | Cook: 40 min
Ingredients:
Parmesan Coated Chicken Wings:
1.5 lbs chicken wings
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 tsp red pepper flake
2 Tbsp fresh parsley, minced
Caesar Style Dressing:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 garlic clove, pressed
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Directions:
Preheat oven 450F/230C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Pat wings dry with a paper towel.
Place wings onto the prepared tray. Coat with oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper. Place in the oven and cook for 40 minutes, stirring halfway through. If wings need to get crisper, cook in the broiler for 5-10 minutes.
While baking make the Caesar Style Dressing by stirring mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic, mustard, worcestershire sauce, and parmesan cheese together.
In a large bowl mix melted butter, garlic, parmesan cheese, and red pepper flake together. Add cooked chicken wings and coat well. Top with fresh parsley and serve with dressing.
