Salami, Cheese, Pepperoncini Sandwich

Serves: Two | Prep: 5 min | Cook: 6 min

Salami, Cheese, Pepperoncini Sandwich:

Ingredients:
1 jar pepperoncini, drained
4 slices sourdough, divided
4 tsp dijon mustard, divided
8 slices salami, divided
4 slices swiss cheese, cut in half, divided

Directions:
Heat griddle over medium heat.

Slice pepperoncini in half, remove stem and seeds. Spread mustard on to the bread. Top with salami, cheese and cut pepperoncini. Drizzle outside of bread with oil. Place oiled side down in the griddle. Place a heavy pan on top of the sandwich. Cook 3-5 minutes, flip, drizzle with oil, cook and press other side, 3-5 minutes.
