Slow Cooker Cranberry Pear Brandy Sauce

Serves: Six | Prep: 5 min | Cook: 25 min

Ingredients:

Slow Cooker Cranberry Pear Brandy Sauce:
12 oz fresh cranberries
2 pears, peeled, cored and chopped
1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
3/4 cup light brown sugar
1 Tbsp brandy
2 tsp orange zest
1 cinnamon stick

Directions:
Place all ingredients into a slow cooker. Stir and let cook on high for 3 hours. Lightly mash with a masher, until the desired consistency. Sauce will thicken as it cools.

Can be served warm, at room temperature or chilled. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks, and freezer for up to 3 months.
