Spinach Broccoli Calzones

Ingredients:
Spinach Broccoli Calzone:
2 Pizza Dough
10 oz frozen broccoli, thawed, drained, chopped
10 oz frozen spinach, thawed, drained
2 garlic cloves, pressed
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp red pepper flake
1 egg
1 Tbsp sesame seeds
Directions:
On a floured work surface roll out pizza dough into four circles, about 10-inches each.
Preheat oven 450F/ 230C. Line two baking trays with baking paper.
In a bowl add broccoli, spinach, garlic, ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan cheese, red pepper flake, and pepper. Mix, until combined. Place filling on half of each circle. Leaving a 1-inch boarder around the edge. Fold the side over the filling and seal the edges, by pinching together. Transfer calzones to the prepared tray, leaving a space between the calzones. Cut three slits on top of each calzone.
In a bowl make an egg wash by whisking egg with 1 tablespoon water. Brush egg wash over the calzones. Top with sesame seeds. Bake, 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
Serve with warm Marinara Sauce
