Ingredients:

Warm Spinach Artichoke Bread Bowl:
1 large round bread
10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 jar marinated artichokes, drained and chopped
1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
2 garlic cloves, pressed
1/2 cup cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Preheat oven 400F/200C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Using a bread knife, slice the top of the bread off. Scoop out the inside of the bread, and cut the top and inside of bread into smaller pieces, set aside.

In a bowl mix spinach, artichoke, water chestnuts, garlic, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, and pepper together. Transfer mixture to the hollowed out bread bowl and place onto the prepared tray. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the cheese melts.

Place the cut bread around the cooked bread bowl to use for dipping.

**The dip can be made in advanced, stored in the refrigerator and then placed into the bread bowl before cooking. The dip can also be cooked in a dish instead of bread.
