Grand Marnier Fruit Salad with Grand Marnier Cream & Grand Marnier Punch

Ingredients:
Grand Mariner Fruit Salad:
1 lb strawberries, hulled and halved
1 pint raspberries
1 pint blueberries
1 pint blackberries
1 Tbsp fresh mint, chopped
1 lime, juiced
1 Tbsp honey
1 oz grand marnier
Grand Mariner Cream:
1/2 cup heavy/whipping cream
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp grand marnier
Grand Mariner Fruit Punch:
1 orange, sliced
1 lemon, sliced
1 pint raspberries
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
1/2 cup vodka
1/4 cup grand marnier
1 can ginger ale, chilled
1 bottle prosecco, chilled
Garnish:
Fresh mint leaves
Directions:
Grand mariner Fruit Salad and Grand Mariner Cream:
In a bowl whip heavy cream, sugar, and grand mariner together, until soft peaks form.
In a bowl add strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, fresh mint, lime juice, honey, and grand marnier. Gently stir.
Place fruit into a martini glass, top with cream and garnish with mint.
Grand Mariner Fruit Salad:
In a punch bowl add orange slices, lemon slices, pomegranate seeds, vodka, and grand marnier. Stir and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Before serving add ginger ale and prosecco. Garnish and enjoy.
