16 slider buns
3 lbs pork loin
1 cup Barbecue Sauce
15 slices munster cheese
Buttery Topping:
1/3 cup butter
1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp poppy seeds
1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
Prepare the pork. Place pork and barbecue sauce into a slow cooker. Cook on high heat for 6 hours. After 6 hours, shred pork with two forks adding more barbecue sauce as needed.
Preheat oven 400F/200C.
Cut slider buns in half. Spread bottom layer evenly with shredded pork, spoon more barbecue sauce on top if needed. Top with cheese and place top of buns back on.
In a saucepan melt butter, worcestershire sauce, onion powder, poppy seeds, and salt together. Soak the tops of the buns with the buttery mixture. Bake covered for 15 minutes. Remove cover and cook 5-10 minutes more.
Serve with Classic Coleslaw.
