Quick and Easy Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients:
Quick and Easy Cinnamon Rolls:
1 puff pastry sheet, room temperature
2 Tbsp light brown sugar
2 Tbsp sugar
4 Tbsp butter, melted
1/2 Tbsp cinnamon
Glaze:
1/4 cup cream cheese, room temperature
1 Tbsp butter, melted
1/2 cup icing/powdered sugar
1 tsp maple syrup
Directions:
Preheat oven 350F/180C. Grease a pan, by brushing with some melted butter.
In a small bowl mix sugars and cinnamon together.
Roll out the puff pastry, brush on the melted butter about 2 Tbsp , leaving a 1-inch border around the edges. Sprinkle the sugar mixture over the butter, spreading it on evenly. Roll pastry into a log, bottom to the top. Trim the ends off and slice into eight equal parts, bout 1 1/2-inch thick. Place rolls on the prepared pan, cut side up. Brush the top of each roll with the remaining melted butter. Bake for 30-35 minutes, once golden brown. Let rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.
While resting make the glaze. Whisk cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and maple syrup together, until smooth. Add a dollop of glaze onto each cinnamon roll and spread out evenly. You can also sprinkle Cinnamon Sugar on top.
