Roasted Asparagus

Serves: Four | Prep: 5 min | Cook: 50 min

Ingredients:

Roasted Asparagus:
2 bundles os asparagus
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Preheat the oven 450F/230C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Trim the woody ends from the asparagus. Spread the spears in a single layer on the prepared baking tray, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with the salt and pepper, and roll to coat thoroughly. Roast 10-12 minutes, until lightly browned and tende. Give the tray a good shake about halfway through to turn the asparagus. Serve warm or at room temperature.
