Hot Bacon Blue Cheese Dip

Serves: Six | Prep: 10 min | Cook: 20 min

Ingredients:

Hot Bacon Blue Cheese Dip:
6 streaky bacon strips, chopped
1 cup cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
1/3 cup heavy/double cream
2 garlic cloves, pressed
2 Tbsp fresh chives, plus more for garnish
1 tsp worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Preheat oven 350F/180C. Butter grease a small baking dish.

Place chopped bacon into a skillet. Place over medium heat and cook, until crispy. Drain on a paper towel lined plate and reserve some for the garnish.

In a bowl add cream cheese, blue cheese, heavy cream, garlic, 2 Tbsp fresh chives, cooked bacon, and worcestershire sauce. Mix together, until all combined. Pour into the prepared dish and bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden on top and bubbling. Let sit five minutes before serving. Garnish with more fresh chives and the reserved bacon pieces.

Serve with ridged potato chips, Potato Wedges, and Pub Style Hot Chicken Wings.
