Bourbon Bacon and Maple Bacon

Serves: Four | Prep: 5 min | Cook: 20 min

Ingredients:

Bourbon Bacon:
8-10 slices steaky bacon
2 Tbsp bourbon
2 Tbsp dark Brown sugar

Maple Bacon:
8-10 slices streaky bacon
2 Tbsp maple syrup
2 Tbsp light brown sugar

Directions:
Preheat oven 350F/180C. Line a baking tray with aluminum foil. Place a wire rack on top and spray grease the wire rack.

Lay bacon flat onto the rack, brush with bourbon or maple syrup. Sprinkle with sugar. Cook, 20-25 minutes, until slightly crisp. Keep checking every 5 minutes so the bacon doesn’t burn.
