Turkey Stuffing Sandwich with Cranberry Mayonnaise

Turkey Stuffing Sandwich:

Ingredients:
1 ciabatta bread loaf
Swiss cheese, slices
Roast Turkey, thinly sliced
Stuffing
Lettuce
Red onion, thinly sliced

Cranberry Mayonnaise:
1/2 cups mayonnaise
1/4 cup Cranberry Sauce

Directions:
Mix mayonnaise and cranberry sauce into a bowl, until well combined.

Cut ciabatta loaf in half lengthwise, remove some extra dough from the inside if needed. Spread inside of loaf with cranberry mayonnaise. Lay turkey, cheese, lettuce, and onion on to bread. Spoon stuffing on top and add the top side of the loaf and press down. Slice and serve.

Alternatively, wray sandwich in plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for 1-2 days.
