2 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp butter

1 Tbsp butter
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Directions:
Remove whole fillet from the refrigerator at least 30 minutes prior to cooking.
